Returns & Exchanges Protocol

• No returns. Exchange only
• Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery
• To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached
  
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping
• Once a return is received and inspected, eligible items will be issued store credit.
• Code 622 will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages 
  
• Sale items are FINAL SALE. No exchanges or store credit. No exceptions

Shipping Protocol

• Please allow a processing time of 2-4 business days
• Customers are responsible for any duties/taxes incurred 
• Code 622 is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Please double check your order address. Orders can not be altered once placed

Pick up Protocol

• Orders must be picked up within 2 weeks. Please refer to your pick up email for further instructions
